Administration

  • Support with insurance quotes, renewals, appraisals & claims
  • Support with insurance & warranty claims
  • Conveyance (preparation of Form F & B)
  • Maintain Strata Corporation records

Financial

  • Collection of fees & arrears
  • Review & payment of  invoices
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Support with budget preparation
  • Support with obtaining & maintaining a Depreciation Report
  • Preparation of files for collection proceedings
  • Maintain trust accounts according to the Real Estate Services Act
  • Support with annual financial report filing with Revenue Canada
  • Maintain financial records
