Hope joined the Keystone Team early 2020 as Sherrilee Franks’ Personal Assistant. Having four years experience in customer service and completing the Administrative Assistant Certificate program at Okanagan College in 2019, she is applying her skills and knowledge to her new position. She is eager to face new challenges and learn from her fellow team-members in the upcoming years with Keystone. Additionally, being born-and-raised in the Okanagan, her love for the valley pours into her work. For example, when she is driving to different vacation homes, capturing marketing photos, or volunteering for the community she tackles these responsibilities with not only professionalism, but enthusiasm. Her administrative responsibilities reside at her home office where she connects with her team virtually, however, she is hoping to work from the Kelowna or Vernon office in 2021.
