As one of the owners and managing brokers of Keystone, and with over 15 years of experience as a licensed strata manager, Britt understands the importance of prompt, professional and knowledgeable support. Training and mentoring of strata managers, as well as overseeing all financial aspects of clients and Keystone are Britt's key responsibilities. She is also very hands-on in providing support for new and unique clients. Britt will always go the "extra mile" to ensure Keystone's clients receive the best service possible. Her positive and cheerful attitude can win over even the toughest critic.

Managing Broker

With over 18 years in the rental industry, Sherrilee specializes in resort and vacation rental property management. Her extensive knowledge in all areas from time share to residential management provides a solid support to owners, companies and buildings going through transitions such as start up, shut down or high level management turn-over.
She enjoys working on unique and challenging projects and has worked with buildings under the InnKeepers Act, Residential Tenancy Act, leaseholder including life lease and several other.
Sherrilee started managing hotels and timeshares in 2003 in Canmore Alberta. Missing her home town of Vernon, she moved back home and continued her career to include management, support and/or consulting of projects such as Bellasera Tuscan Villas (Kelowna), The Strand (Vernon), Spirit Ridge (Osoyoos), Davis Cove (Peachland), Seclusion Bay (West Bank) and many single family and condo style vacation rentals ranging from $300,000 to $1.8M between Blind Bay and Peachland. Some unique property setups she works closely with also include Historic O'Keefe Ranch (Vernon) and Catherine Gardens Life Lease Society (Vernon).

Licensed Rental Manager

Beginning her career in Rental Property Management, Christine started out as an in-house Building Manager in an apartment in Downtown Vancouver 2012. After four years of transforming this building to a whole new standard and a move to the Okanagan, she was ready to take it up a notch and become a fully Licensed Rental Property Manager 2022.

Martin has been an integral part of the Keystone team since its inception. Even prior to the launch of Keystone, Martin was part of the strategic planning and company setup.

Having extensive experience working on different continents and in countries with challenging work environments and varying cultural views, has honed Martin's diplomatic skills. Patience is also one of his strong suits, which Keystone has drawn on while navigating complex situations.
